Assistant Professor Dr. Safaa Ismail from the Faculty of Law, University of Babylon, participated in the membership of the defense committee for a master’s thesis in private international law, tagged with (legislative jurisdiction in civil liability arising from the violation of folk folklore, a comparative study), which took place on the hall of the late Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Husseini, and he recorded a number of scientific observations.
